Maintenance

A maintenance fee in the amount of €10 per square meter (excluding VAT) on an annual basis.

At the moment of payment, the company adds 20% VAT.

The following services are included in the maintenance contract:

• organization of the indoor order and the common facilities in the complex, helping the owner to easily use them and the complex as a whole;
• technical maintenance of the common installations, facilities and other common parts of the building, as well as those in the premises – green areas, yard, garden, swimming pools, etc.;
• organization of the security of the buildings and premises;
• organization of the sanitation of the premises and the common areas of the building;
• organizing and management of the payments pertaining to the common areas of the complex.
