Building I
Buildings I and K form the fifth group of the complex. They are identical to buildings C and E and connected to each other without alternation in the plans. Their entrances are oriented to the north towards the main alley and to the south towards the small gardens of the apartments and studios on the ground-floor. The small gardens are located in the strips between the buildings and the fence, and along the length of the fence is a 1-meter wide cobblestone alley.
It is four stories high. From one side of the entrance there is a staircase and a storage room. The lift is located at the center of the staircase and services all floors. The staircase leads to the roof, where there is a terrace planted with greenery. On all floors there are apartments and studios for seasonal residence. All floors are planned the same. On all floors the studios a grouped by fours in the middle of the floor; on the left and right sides from the staircase one or two apartments are planned. Also planned for all studios and apartments on the ground-floor are small green gardens.
