For convinience of owners in Flores Garden complex, a underground car parking has been constructed, housing 39 parking spaces. Its situated underneath buildings A and B, which alllows people living in these biuldings to use the lifts and access the parking straight from their floor.

The parking is constructed in accordance to all European safety requirements. A modern ventilation and fire extinguishing sysytems have been installed.
